Speaking
Dear Mama - ATL
Desiree J. Logan, MBA
Founder & President, Mamas Mosaic Collective · Maternal Health Advocate · Duke MBA, Forté Fellow
Desiree Logan speaks at the intersection of maternal mental health, health equity, and community-centered storytelling — bringing the rare combination of lived experience, academic rigor, and strategic expertise to every stage she steps on.
As founder of Mamas Mosaic Collective, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designated a National Perinatal Task Force Safe Spot for Mothers, Desiree has built and sustained peer support communities for Black mothers across the prenatal-to-postpartum continuum. She has designed and executed multi-partner programming, including Athens, Georgia's inaugural Black Maternal Health Week — and has done it all with the precision of a Duke-trained strategist and the warmth of someone who has walked the road herself.
She doesn't just talk about closing gaps, she builds the infrastructure to close them.
